Billy Mack Huggins, 65 from Shirley, Arkansas, passed away September 15, 2021. Billy was born on April 2, 1956, in Fort Worth, Texas to his parents, Billy J. and Doris Dene (Eoff) Huggins.

Billy loved to fish and listen to country and rock and roll music. His favorite show was Texas Ranger. Billy had a special place in his heart for babies. He was loved by everyone that knew him and he will be greatly missed.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Billy and Doris Huggins, brothers: Sydney Huggins, and Gary "Hotch" Huggins; sisters, Rhonda Huggins, and Melissa Hamilton.

Billy will forever live on in the hearts of those that cherish his memory, sisters: Elanie (Tim) Dewild of Shirley, Arkansas, and Karen Johnson of Trona, California; a host of nephews and nieces, family and friends.

Visitation service will be held from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, Sunday, September 19, 2021, at Clinton Funeral Service. Funeral service will be held at 11:00am, Monday, September 20, 2021, at Pine Grove General Baptist Church, Shirley, Arkansas with interment following at Weaver Cemetery.
