Condolence: Mr. Cecil is man you could never forget. He told jokes that made you last and this is as soon as you see him, like he was ready for you. He would give you a hug, shake your hand, he had no strangers. I really loved this guy as a great friend. He will be missed by a lot of people. I just wished I had more time to spend with him. There is never enough time to have when someone like Cecil passes on. He has his wings and will be watching over all his friends and family. Cecil I can never forget you.
