Obituary for Eddy Earnest Blake Sr.

Eddy Earnest Blake, Sr., 67, of Dennard, passed away October 8, 2015. He was born to Myron and Mary Beth Bass Blake on September 11, 1948. He was a retired Diesel Mechanic from Arkansas Best Freight and Continental Trailways. He was a member of Temple Baptist in Little Rock, loved antique cars and the Arkansas Razorbacks.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife Patricia Darlene Blake, daughter Deborah Kaye Blake Carafello, sons Eddy E. Blake, Jr. and William "Billy" Blake. He is also survived by grandchildren Carina Carafello, Vivian Carafello, Sloan Carafello, Aydin Blake, and Eddy Ellis Blake. Eddy is survived by siblings Wanda Fern Green, Mike Davis and wife Deanna, Sissie Jones and husband Melvin Jones, Jr., sister Mary Lou Miller and husband George, brother Jesse Davis and Vickie; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Eddy was preceded in death by his parents and his grandmother Amy S. Daniel and sister Sara Jean Davis.
Visitation will be Friday, October 9, 2015 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the Clinton Funeral Service Chapel. Funeral services are Saturday, October 10, 2015 at 4:30 pm in the Clinton Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Bill Bearden officiating. Burial will follow in Dennard Cemetery.
Pall Bearers will be served by Darryl Squyres, David Morrison, Ryan McKim, Bobby Braden, Adam McJunkins, Frank Davis and Jake Helm. Honorary Pall Bearers will be Sam Miller, Gayle Needham, and Johnny Rushing.
