Ernest Charles Rankin, 71, of Conway, passed away August 2, 2015. He was born June 20, 1944 to Charlie B. and Ruby Freeman Rankin in Houston, AR.
Left to cherish his memory are daughter Sheila Couch and brother Eddie Melton Rankin. Ernest was preceded in death by his parents.
