Glenn Allen Smith was born to James and Elizabeth (White) Jenkins on Wednesday, July 6, 1955, in Los Angeles, California, and passed from this life Monday, August 2, 2021, in Clinton, Arkansas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Lizzie Rogers and Gloria Cline.
