Obituary for Hugh Ethridge
Hugh C. Ethridge passed from this life Monday evening, October 31, 2022, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born in Texas on a Sunday, October 29, 1931, to the late Orville and Uphan Ashworth Etheridge.
Fishing and cattle farming were a big part of Hugh’s life. He loved his family and kept them close. He is a man that will never be forgotten for his reputable character, hard work, and love for his family at the top of the list.
Hugh is survived by his wife, Trennie, two sons: Orville Ethridge, and Clifford Etheridge, daughter, Jackie Plummer, and his many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, that the Lord blessed him with, and a host of other relatives, and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and six sisters: Thea, Carmin, Devota, Kay, Bennie, and Quatia.
