Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of James Carroll can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

A Role Model

I have spent about three years now just not believing that my Grandfather was gone. It hurt alot even as I am typing this I am tearing up. My grandfather was a simple man who didnt have to have fancy things to brighten his day as long as he put a smile on someones face he was happy. He was never selfish with his love he would share it not only with his family and friends but his kindness would spread to complete strangers aswell. He has been an active rolemodel in my life and if I could be half the man he was I would be very lucky. He could show me things and make every little thing seem alright no matter the circumstances. Although he was not able to do as much as he once was his last few years he made the best of it and tried to put a smile on everyones face. Although I know that he is not fighting everyday life down here I know he is fighting in Gods army in heaven I pray that i may one day join him. He is in all of the hearts he has ever met and always will be. I love you Grandpa.
