James "Jimmy" Allen Francis, 55, passed away August 15, 2014. He was born September 24, 1958 to the late Bobby Joe and Joy Jacqueline Brinkley Francis in Santa Monica, CA. He was a Surveyor.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Betty Grant. He is survived by his sister, Patty Oswalt of Cabot, 4 nieces and nephews and 5 great nieces and nephews.
