Janice Louise Jorgenson Duguid, 61, of Smackover, AR, passed away December 12, 2016. Janice was born in Camden, Arkansas on May 25, 1955 to Addie and Ann Walker Jorgenson. She was a Customer Service Representative at Snell Prosthetics and Orthotics Lab. Janice was a member of the Smackover First Assembly of God and she loved the Lord and everyone that knew her knew that.
Left to cherish Janice's memory, are her husband Gene Duguid of Smackover; children Paul Duguid and wife Loraine of Lake Charles, LA and Kimberly Duguid of Dallas, Texas. Janice is also survived by her mother Ann Walker Williams; sister Lavonda Simpson of Norman, OK; grandchildren Nathan Cox, Daniel Duguid and Delilah Duguid; as well as other family and friends.
Janice was preceded in death by her father Addie Jorgenson.
Visitation will be Monday, December 19, 2016 at 10:00 am at the First Assembly of God of Smackover. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 am with Brother Mark Stratton officiating. Burial will follow in Smackover Cemetery.
Pall Bearers are George "Tommy" Walker, Donald Duguid, Terry Tucker, Jake Jacobi, Larry Simpson, and James Richie.
