Martha G.  Padgett (Succaw)
Martha G. Padgett, 66, of Shirley, passed away Saturday, February 13, 2016 at Conway Regional Medical Center. She was born on January 4, 1950 in Poplar Bluff, MO. Martha was a member of the Burnt Ridge Community Church. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting and attending church singings. She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Healthcare.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William G. Padgett.
She is survived by her son James Burkhart, Jr. and fiancé April of Shirley, two daughters Dorothy Brown and husband Joseph of Dover and Barbara Bookout and husband Darrick of Horseshoe Bend; eight grandchildren Jessica Brown, Steven Burkhart, Joyce Craig, Nikki Burkhart, Jennifer Burkhart, Darlene Burkhart, Morgan Williams, and Shawn Vickers; nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Wednesday, February 17 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Clinton Funeral Service in Clinton. Funeral Services will be Thursday, February 18 at 10:00 am at Clinton Funeral Service with Pastor Michael Roberson officiating. Interment will follow in Huie Cemetery.
Pall Bearers are Ronnie Fazio, James Burkhart, Sr., Darrick Bookout, John Hamilton, Steven Burkhart and James Burkhart, Jr.
