Obituary for Mary Laura White

Mary Laura White, 74, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 14, 2022, surrounded by her family. She was born Monday, January 26, 1948, to Will and Laura Shelton Wade in Pasadena, Texas.

Mary was a very devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She took great pride in her family. She made sure her babies always got a piece of candy. She and her husband Allen Raymond White were married for 55 years before he went on to meet the Lord before her. They were married on January 26, 1966, in a little town in Texas. They spent many years growing produce and selling it at farmers’ markets all across the state. They enjoyed the time spent traveling all over and meeting people from various communities and forming friends. She loved raising all different kinds of animals. Mary had a heart that was always giving and full of love.

Mary is preceded in death by her husband, Allen White, Sr., parents, Will and Laura Wade, and granddaughter, Danielle White, sister, Barbara McLaren, niece, Patricia Ann Coplan, nephews, Marion Monroe Coplan Jr., and Richard Lee Coplan.
Left to cherish her memory are her children; Lora Vernon, Michele Pepper and husband Carl, Allen ‘Bo’ White, Jr. and wife Scarlet, Billy D. White and wife Amy, sixteen grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, siblings; Archie Wade, George Wade, Barbara McLaren, Mike Wade, Charlie Wade, Virgil Wade, Darrel Wade, Kenny Wade, Roger Wade, Will Wade, numerous other relatives, and friends.

A graveside service will take place at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at Springfield Cemetery in Springfield, Arkansas.
