Obituary for Ronnie David Bennett
Ronnie David Bennett, 64, of Mountain View, Arkansas passed away Wednesday November 19, 2014 in Mountain View.
Born January 6, 1950 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late William David and Lillie Elizabeth Payne Bennett, Ronnie is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and retired from the hospitality industry as a restaurant manager.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Barbara Bennett, of the home; three daughters, Tina Havard and husband Michael of Cabot, Arkansas, Ronda Edwards and husband Ronnie of Rose Bud, Arkansas, Natalie Harte and husband Jeff of North Little Rock, Arkansas; one step-son Brian Coker of Cabot, Arkansas. Ronnie is also survived by four grandchildren; Jerry Wayne Hall III, Jordan Lee Clark, Payten Lee Edwards and Kinley Addison Edwards, three nieces and nephews, one sister Barbara Bennett Gaither, and many other family and friends.
Ronnie is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Tyrone Presley.
Visitation is Saturday, November 22, 2014 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm at the Pine Mountain General Baptist Church and Funeral Services are at 1:00 pm at Pine Mountain General Baptist Church with Bro. Geral Payne officiating. Graveside services will follow at Pine Mountain Cemetery.
Pall Bearers are Brian Coker, Paul Schlitz, Jerry Wayne Hall III, Today Montgomery, Jordan Clark, Payten Edwards, Lonnie Meeker, Walter Hale and Deon Gaither. Honorary Pall Bearers are Ron Klinger and Doug Stacy.
