The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Vernon "Bo" Sparks can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Bo worked for my dad (David Ducker MD, dec. '95) in Salem, AR from about circa 1968-72, though I made his acquaintance about 1966. Even though I was much younger than Bo, I counted him as a friend and learned a lot from him.

Condolence: I have very fond memories of Bo growing up at a kid. He was always funny and clowning around with us kids. He taught me how to ski. He even tried his best to crash me my first day skiing by going fast in his turns and going around in circles. I never had so much fun. My prayers go out to Bo and Dena for the loss of your father.
