Obituary for William Jones
William “Sonny” Herbert Jones, 82 of Clinton, passed away Tuesday, February 19, 2019. He was born November 27, 1936 in Malvern, Arkansas to the late William Herbert Jones Sr. and Dora Paulene McCool. Sonny was a carpenter by trade; he enjoyed watching television and reading.
Left to cherish his memory is his children, Jesse Jones of Shirley, William Jeffery Jones of Clinton; siblings, Kenny Jones of Clinton, Alton Hayes of Heber Springs, Mevlin Lloyd; several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends and other family members; constant companion and caregiver, Sandra Battaglia.
Sonny is preceded in death by his parents; one son, Donald Jones; Five siblings.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
