Joyce Ann Cates Stapleton, 59, of Clinton, passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2019. She was born January 2, 1960 in Charleston, Arkansas to Calvin Cates and Marylee Harmon. Joyce was a line worker for Conagra and Pilgrim Pride. She was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed fishing whenever she could.
Left to cherish her memory is her mother, Marylee Harmon; husband, Douglas Stapleton of the home; siblings, Danny Cates, Jim Cates, Kent Cates, Jenette Cates, Sarah Cates, Elizabeth Koone; several nieces, nephews, friends and other family members.
Joyce is preceded in death by her father, Calvin Cates and brothers, Kenny Ray Cates and Richard Cates.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
