I just wanted to post a quick thank you to the staff at Ozark Health Nursing Center for the care you provided to Russell during a very difficult time in his life. I would also like to thank the excellent staff in the Ozark Health Medical Center Emergency Department for the care, kindness, and compassion that you showed to Russell and myself during his last hours.
